Fantastic sandy beaches and plenty of local amenities just a stones throw away. Access beautiful walking trails, all weather boat ramp & 300 meter long jetty, local pub, shops & succulent oysters

Sammy's Retreat - a great holiday getaway close to the beach which includes three bedrooms sleeping a total of 7 adults.
Bedding Configuration:
3 spacious bedrooms
Master bedroom- Queen size bed
Bedroom 2 - Queen size bed
Bedroom 3- Double and Single combo bunk.
Bedroom 3 also has a TV and DVD player.

Separate bathroom & toilet, an open kitchen, living & dining area and more indoor/outdoor entertaining spaces than you will ever need. Bring the boat, the kids and even your fur babies because we are pet friendly, or just bring yourself.
Amenities
Sammy's Retreat offers you a holiday close to the beach with all the modern comforts. Entertaining areas are set up to cater for you! Enjoy an evening around the BBQ with friends and family. Soak in the indoor spa after a day of activities, then retreat to the outdoor undercover area with a drink to relax around the combustion fire while watching some television. For those who choose to seek the comfort of the lounge you will be able to watch TV or surf the internet. Alternatively you can kick back, relax and choose a DVD from Sammy's library. If a quieter approach is preferred Sammy's garden offers a number of secluded locations to sit, relax and read a good book with your favourite drink.

Rates
Sammy's Retreat is a great holiday home close to the beach, and we are pet friendly (inside if house trained - not on furniture/bedding).
Rental rates are competitive and Minimum 2 Night Stay Required:
Average per night during off peak times of $170 weekdays & $190 weekends
Average per night during peak times of $190 weekdays & $210 weekends
Separate Peak Time & Holiday Rates May Apply
Great deals on stays of 4 nights or longer & additional special deal offered when inquiring to stay two weeks or more.

A deposit of $200 is required within 7 days of booking.
$200 Bond required, this is refunded at the conclusion of your stay.
(Damage Inspection Pending & full responsibility for any damage caused)
Cleaning Fee of $100.
Full booking fee required to be paid within 14 days of your arrival date.
Cancellation Policy:
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (service fee $40 additional) if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
